A lockout procedure only works when everyone can find each isolation point. Odiz Lockout-Tagout Labels give every electrical disconnect, valve, air drop and stored-energy point a short, color-coded ID that matches the step in your written energy control procedure.

Build your order in three steps

1. Select energy types. Each sequence starts at 001, or at the next number after the tags you already have.
2. Add indices. Add E002, E003 and onward until every isolation point is covered.
3. Set a quantity per index. Need E001 on three machines and E002 on one? Set each quantity on its own line.

These labels use the same energy codes and colors as the Odiz Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) app, so the tags on the floor match the tags in your digital procedures. Machine-specific labels with machine name and QR ID are printed directly from the app.

Supports energy control procedures under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 and ANSI/ASSP Z244.1.

FAQ

Do these labels include a machine name or QR code?
No. They are generic index tags. Machine-specific labels with a QR ID are printed from the Odiz LOTO app.

Can I order the same tag more than once?
Yes. Every index has its own quantity.

I already have E001–E012. Can I continue the sequence?
Yes. Set the starting number for any energy type (for example 13) and the builder continues from E013.

Are these labels required by OSHA?
OSHA requires energy control procedures that identify each energy source. These labels help apply those procedures consistently; they do not create compliance on their own.
