This Louisville fire rated aluminum attic ladder has a working load capability of 375lbs. This aluminum attic ladder fits ceiling heights of 7′ 8″ to 10′ 3″ and has a rough opening of 25.5″ X 54″. The fire rated AL2540MG-FT features a sturdy, yet lightweight design with pre-drilled holes for easier installation. The fire rated door is flame retardant for up to 30 minutes compliant with ASTM E-84. It features an easy to open door with gas piston system, factory installed energy efficiency weather stripping, adjustable shoes, slip resistant steps, and an aluminum handrail for a comfortable transition. The Louisville AL2540MG-FT fire rated aluminum attic ladder meets or exceeds the safety standards set by ANSI.
